We only except unused returns or returns where there is postal damage to goods, because of the nature of Hair oil as a personal item we do not accept used returns as you must understand for hygiene purposes. Returns are subject to checking the products for completeness and quality this is subject to a £6 returns fee if you are exchanging or returning your item for a refund.
